Prenatal Yoga
Practicing Yoga during your pregnancy has numerous benefits for both Mom and Baby. Ease your aches and pains, make space for your growing baby, and nourish your mind and spirit through deep relaxation.

Group Classes
Being in community with other expecting Mamas is just plain good for the soul. The movement and mindfulness are a bonus!
Currently, I teach a group class at Savage Yoga Studios in Palm Harbor, FL. We meet every Saturday at 11AM.
Private Sessions
A private one-on-one yoga session allows me to tailor the practice to you and your body's needs. Sessions will be held in downtown Palm Harbor, Florida.
