Prenatal Grounding + Visioning

We begin with a free discovery call to ensure we're the right fit—because who you invite into your circle matters.

Then, we’ll meet for three 60-minute virtual coaching sessions during your pregnancy to:

Clarify your vision and goals for birth and postpartum
Talk through big decisions and navigate uncertainty
Address fears with simple, proven methods
Co-create a plan for an intentional, empowered experience

Ongoing Text Support

You're not meant to do this alone. With unlimited text support throughout your pregnancy, you’ll have access to guidance and encouragement whenever you need it. Whether you're facing new emotions, unexpected decisions, or simply need to be reminded that you were made for this —you’ll be held the entire time, Mama.

Postpartum Integration Session

Once your baby is here, we’ll reconnect for a 75-minute virtual postpartum check-in to support your transition. Together, we’ll:

Reflect on your birth and early postpartum experience
Revisit and adjust your postpartum plan as needed
Offer resources and practices to support your emotional, mental, and physical well-being

FAQs

Will you attend my birth?
- Due to the nature of my services being virtual, I won't be present at your birth, but throughout your pregnancy, we will work together to select a birth team that ensures you feel fully supported, comfortable, safe, and held.
When should I begin working with you?
- Ideally, we will work together from early on in your pregnancy during your first trimester. This will allow us the time to get to know each other and give you the most value. But if you have just come across my offerings and are further along, that is absolutely OKAY too! We can tailor the package to your needs and how many more weeks you have left of your pregnancy.
How much does your Pregnancy & Birth Coaching package cost?
- My package starting price is $750. Once we speak that may be adjusted based on any add-ons or specific services tailored specifically to you.
Do you offer payment plans?
- Yes, I'd be happy to discuss payment plan options that work for your family's budget.
